1. Who operates FB Groups Radar?

FB Groups Radar is a service operated under the trade name ProdesignbyCat by Kamonphan Khamyot, in Thailand.

2. What personal data do we keep?

We limit the collection and retention of your personal data to what is strictly necessary.

To manage your account and FB Groups Radar subscription, we keep your name, email address, and subscription type, monthly or yearly.

We use this information only to manage your access to the service, your subscription, and our communications with you.

We do not sell your personal data or use it to create advertising profiles.

3. Technical data required for Radar to work

It is important to distinguish the personal data we keep to manage your account from the information FB Groups Radar must process technically in order to work.

When you use Radar, the service may process information needed to monitor the groups you selected, your Include and Exclude criteria, and information about posts matching those criteria.

Depending on the features used, this may include the group name, post content, author, avatar, posting time, Facebook link, and information required to display and synchronize the result between your computer and mobile device.

This information is processed solely to provide FB Groups Radar features. It is not used to build a commercial database, create advertising profiles, or be sold to third parties.

4. Facebook and your Facebook account

FB Groups Radar works from the Facebook session already open in your browser and analyzes only content your Facebook account can already access.

FB Groups Radar never asks for or stores your Facebook password. It does not give you access to Facebook Groups your account cannot already access, and it does not publish or automatically reply to Facebook posts on your behalf.

You remain responsible for your Facebook account and for how you use information found by Radar. FB Groups Radar is an independent service and is not affiliated with Facebook.

5. Why do we use your data?

Information processed by FB Groups Radar is used only when necessary to create and manage your access to the service, manage your free trial and subscription, operate Radar and find posts matching your criteria, synchronize results between your computer and mobile device, maintain the security and proper technical operation of the service, answer support requests, and manage payments and subscription status.

We aim to limit data processing to what is genuinely necessary for the service to operate.

6. Payments

FB Groups Radar subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Payment information required for the transaction is processed by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.

FB Groups Radar does not keep your full card number in its customer records. We may, however, receive information from Stripe that is necessary to determine the status of your subscription or payment.

7. Technical service providers

To provide FB Groups Radar, certain information may be processed by technical service providers that are necessary for the service to operate: Stripe for payments, Supabase for technical functions and synchronization, and Google when we use Google Sheets to manage account and subscription information.

These providers process the relevant information as part of the technical services they provide to us and under their own data-protection commitments. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

8. How long do we keep your data?

We keep information related to your account and subscription only for as long as necessary to provide the service, manage our relationship with you, and comply with any applicable administrative or legal obligations.

Technical information required for Radar to operate is kept only for as long as necessary for the relevant features to function. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted or anonymized.

9. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by FB Groups Radar against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. We therefore also seek to limit the amount of data collected and retained in order to reduce risk.

10. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where applicable, restriction of or objection to certain processing where permitted by law, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on your consent.

11. Account deletion

If you stop using FB Groups Radar or request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer necessary, subject to information we may need to retain to comply with legal, administrative, or transaction-related obligations.

12. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as FB Groups Radar evolves, when we add or change technical service providers, or when applicable legal requirements change.

The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. If a significant change affects how your personal data is used, we will take reasonable steps to inform you.
