1. Who operates FB Groups Radar?

FB Groups Radar is a service operated under the trade name ProdesignbyCat by Kamonphan Khamyot, in Thailand.

2. What is FB Groups Radar?

FB Groups Radar is a Google Chrome extension that automatically monitors Facebook Groups selected by the user to identify new posts matching the user’s search criteria.

Users define the Facebook Groups they want to monitor and their Include and Exclude criteria. Radar regularly analyzes content accessible through the user’s Facebook session and displays posts matching those criteria.

Certain features also allow results to be viewed from a mobile phone.

3. Requirements for the service to work

FB Groups Radar operates through the extension installed on your computer and your active Facebook session.

For Radar to perform searches, your computer must be turned on, Google Chrome must be open, and your Facebook session must be active.

The mobile interface allows you to view synchronized results, but does not replace the extension installed on your computer for monitoring Facebook Groups.

4. Your Facebook account

FB Groups Radar uses only content that your own Facebook account can already access.

The service does not ask for your Facebook password, give you access to groups you cannot normally access, change the permissions associated with your Facebook account, or automatically publish or reply to posts on your behalf.

You are responsible for your Facebook account, your use of Facebook, and compliance with the rules of the groups you access.

FB Groups Radar is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook or Meta.

5. 7-day free trial

FB Groups Radar offers a 7-day free trial.

No credit card is required to start the trial.

At the end of the 7 days, the trial ends if you do not choose to subscribe.

No paid subscription starts automatically at the end of the free trial.

To continue using FB Groups Radar after the trial, you must actively choose a paid plan.

6. Subscriptions

FB Groups Radar currently offers two plans: ฿1,290 per month or ฿12,900 per year.

The annual subscription provides 12 months of access at a preferential price compared with twelve monthly payments.

The prices that apply are those displayed on the website when you subscribe.

7. Subscription renewal

After you subscribe, subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing period selected: monthly for the monthly plan and yearly for the annual plan.

The payment method associated with your subscription will be charged for the new period unless you cancel renewal before the renewal date.

8. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

You can pay using the payment methods offered during Stripe checkout.

FB Groups Radar does not store your full card number.

9. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time.

Cancellation does not immediately end your access to FB Groups Radar. You continue to have access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you cancel a monthly subscription, access remains active until the end of the paid month. If you cancel an annual subscription, access remains active until the end of the paid annual period.

Cancellation simply prevents the next renewal and charge.

10. Refunds

Payments for a subscription period that has already started are not refunded on a prorated basis for the remaining time.

If you purchase an annual subscription and cancel before the end of the 12-month period, you will not receive a prorated refund for unused months.

Your access to FB Groups Radar will remain available until the end of the annual period already paid for.

This rule clearly distinguishes the discounted annual subscription from a succession of monthly subscriptions.

11. Radar operation and results

FB Groups Radar is designed to make it easier to find relevant posts in selected Facebook Groups.

However, we cannot guarantee that Radar will detect 100% of posts or that a result will always be detected immediately.

The service may be affected by your Internet connection, the state of your computer or browser, your Facebook session, Facebook Group settings and access rights, changes made by Facebook to its website or features, maintenance, or technical incidents beyond our control.

FB Groups Radar is a monitoring and search assistance tool. It does not guarantee commercial results.

12. Responsible use

You agree to use FB Groups Radar lawfully and reasonably.

You must not use the service to access content you are not authorized to access, bypass restrictions or security mechanisms, attempt to copy, modify, disassemble or misuse the service, use it for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or allow unauthorized third parties to use your access.

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of abusive, fraudulent, or clearly prohibited use.

13. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide a reliable and continuous FB Groups Radar service.

However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or error.

Temporary interruptions may be required for maintenance, updates, security, or adaptation to technical changes made by third-party services.

14. Changes to FB Groups Radar

FB Groups Radar may evolve over time.

We may modify, improve, add, or remove certain features to improve the product, its security, or technical compatibility.

If a significant change materially affects an active subscription, we will take reasonable steps to inform affected users.

15. Intellectual property

The FB Groups Radar name, visual identity, interface, code, text, graphics, and other elements forming the service are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Your subscription gives you only a personal right to use the service for the duration of your access. It does not transfer any ownership rights in FB Groups Radar.

16. Liability

FB Groups Radar provides a tool designed to help identify posts matching criteria defined by the user.

We are not responsible for posts created by Facebook users, their accuracy or availability, or for relationships or transactions resulting from contact made after a result is found by Radar.

You remain solely responsible for how you use information obtained through the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FB Groups Radar will not be liable for indirect losses resulting from use of, or temporary inability to use, the service.

17. Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or close an account in cases including fraudulent use, attempts to compromise service security, clearly abusive use, non-payment of a subscription, or serious or repeated breaches of these Terms.

Where reasonably possible, we will contact the user before permanently closing an account.

18. Personal data

The use of personal data in connection with FB Groups Radar is described in our Privacy Policy.

That policy explains what data we retain and what technical information must be processed for Radar to operate.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Use as the service evolves or when necessary to reflect technical, commercial, or legal changes.

The latest update date is shown at the top of this page.

If an important change affects an active subscription, we will take reasonable steps to inform affected users.

20. Governing law

These Terms of Use and the use of FB Groups Radar are governed by Thai law.

If a problem arises, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to find an amicable solution.
